Overview

Rational Emotive Therapy (RET) is about changing our thought process in the way we react to emotions. How we control our emotions, is how we learn to control our behaviors and the way we react to emotional situations may determine whether we use alcohol and/or drugs or not.  While we cannot always control situations that happen in our life, we can be responsible for how we react to the situation.
